This Guide Was Created December 31, 2003: This Guide Requires:
Coltzan's Shrine Tombola Fruit Machine Snowager (6AM!!!) The Laboratory Ray (if you have it) Check your stocks (if you have any) You may not win anything, but it's still good to do this. Then, toss all of your rare items into your SDB/trades, donate all the crap stuff to the Money Tree (HINT: Donating to the Money Tree will cause more random events, or so I'm told) 2. Collect the interest from your bank (it's not a lot, but what the heck? A penny saved is a penny earned!). Next, withdraw a little bit of money and go to the Wheel of Excitement, the Wheel of Mediocrity, the Wheel of Misfortune, and Test Your Strength. If you won any good/crappy items throw them into your SDB or donate them. 3. Go back to the bank and withdraw around 4k-7k. It's restock time! Run over to the Chocolate Factory and see if they are restocking. If they aren't, open a game (a fast winning/losing game like Volcano Run / Faerie Cloud Racers / Ultimate Bullseye / Whack-A-Staff Member), but open another window and go to the Chocolate Factory. Everytime you lose open the Chocolate Factory window and refresh (with the F5 key) Once they restock it's time to buy! Here is where your hand-eye coordination skills will come in handy! DO NOT buy any Milk Chocolate / White Chocolate / Lime or Strawberry Gummy candies! Only buy candies like Korbat Cakes, Buzz Lollies, Super Sticky Kacheek Lollies, Jelly Beans, Chocolate Novas, Kau Pats, Chewy Liquorice Aisha Ears, Heart Lollies, Chocolate Pellets, etc. Stay at the bottom of the screen and be QUICK! 4. Now that you've got some candies, it's time to sell them. Throw them into your shop (and of those that won't fit, put them into your SDB/trades). Check the Shop Wizard to find the prices of these items (if you bought some bad items, that's okay, the rare candies will cover for it). Price them at least 10np under the Shop Wizard's prices. Now, to give them time to sell, go play some games! 5. Here's where MY site (or Pinkpt.com / Nothing But Neopets) comes in handy! Go play games like Faerie Cloud Racers and Ultimate Bullseye where you can get easy Neopoints (Also, Castle of Eliv Thade is fun too, my favorite XD), or just go play any game that you please. After a while go back to your shop and see how much you've made. You had to AT LEAST made 15k. Go deposit all of your money (except 10k) into the bank. 6. Go use that 10k to do some more restocks (Go through steps 3-5 as much as you please) by the end your Neopets play-time you should have at least 50k (or more). It depends on how hard you worked! 7. At the end of the day, you deserve a reward. Go buy a little something for yourself and CELEBRATE!

Extra Tips
To making np
- A good way to make profit is buying gnomes from the Gardening Supplies store. They are cheap and people restocking there are extremely slow (compared to the Chocolate Factory at least)
- Buy Petpets that cost about 2k-3k on Shop Wizard and throw them into one trade each. Say something in your trade like, "Awww... Ain't he cute? You can have this little guy for just the small price of a Codestone (even Lu)! More Petpets in my other lots!" Someone who wants a Petpet might just come and trade with you. ONLY ACCEPT CODESTONES.
- Donate A LOT to the Money Tree EVERYDAY. This will cause more random events (or so I'm told). I donate to the Money Tree everyday and I usually get one or two random events a day.
- Another random event tip: When you are just wandering around Neopia, carry a one digit number of Neopoints. Soon enough, random events will pop-up in your face (codestones and finding Nps on the ground most of the time)
- When you're the master at restocking at the Chocolate Factory, try some other shops too (like Meripets). You can earn much more money by restocking in different places.
- Finding cheap codestones: Hang around the Shop Wizard a lot and when you see a codestone that is under it's real worth go and BUY IT! Then sell it again for it's real price. (This goes the same for any rare item like Paint Brushes and Nerkmids)
- Go to Terror Mountain and go visit Mika and Carassa and their Garage Sale. They will sell everything and ANYTHING in Neopia for extra, Extra, EXTRA cheap! This is a good way to make thousands!
- If you're a great Neopets artist (or you think you are) try doing commissions for other people. Ask people if they want their Neopets to be drawn and if they do, ask them for a price.
- Buying anything at the Shop of Mystery
- Lending avatar items (WITH COLLATERAL) and charging some tip
- Esophagor Quests: If you ever find an Esophagor quest for cheap (under 2,000 np), don't waste it for Brain Tree answers. Most of the time you can get RARE and EXPENSIVE items from him. Site Map
