We have two breeds of cows
here.

Dexter's, red and black

and Jersey's

The Dexter cows are a small
beefy breed, small yes, but
with a large attitude. They
are bossy characters and
dominate the herd. The red
Dexters especially, mother
and daughter put the rest in
their place.

The Jersey's are much calmer
and sweet natured, almost to
the point of being a little
dense! They give the best
milk by far.
