Revisitations III
by Graham Myres

The edge of scrambling dry mouthes,
      my sun is comforting frustrations,
small natural sons and carpenter's defeat.

Limp liquid pain stumbling free-fall diversion.

Bottled nights, the valley laughed,
peyote horizon is drunk, so drunk,
the night is entranced by its children.
