Say No To Dog Fighting.
Why are dogs fought?,
The answer is quite simple and comes down to one thing, you've guessed it,
$$ MONEY $$.
The primitive soprt of dog fighting still lives because the mighty dollar still rules.
We feel that every dog fighter should be punished to the full extent of the law.
Without any consideration for the pains and sufferings that these dogs feel during
and after a dogfight and also without fear of the law ,
these ruthless owners risk their dogs life for a big payday.
In many cases, after a dogfight the losing dog is dumped, left by the wayside to die
or instantly killed.
In the dogfighting world, a champion fighting dog represents a bigger pay day for it's owner.
Puppies from a champion fighter will be worth tons more than pups from a non champion.
Huge profits can be made from puppies and stud fees.
Except for their owners, their are truly no winners in dog fighting, champion or not.
Each of the two fighting dogs "will be physically scared and may need weeks or even months to heal.
Reporting abusers to your local authorities can help in decreasing the number of dogs fought.
If you are new to the American Pit Bull Terrier breed, please do not be fooled by the appearent
glamour of Dog fighting.
New laws have recently been passed in LA county California and dogfighters will have to register their dogs.
These laws will help to bring some dog fighters to light and assist in the prosecution of many.
We are at this moment encouraging everyone to get educated on this awesome breed by reading
books and doing reaearch.
The American Pit Bull Terrier is in urgent need of avocacy, please help us by not fighting your dog and
helping to educate others about the destruction of the breed that dog fighting is causing.
