I'm assuming that three is the case at the moment, so I have an excuse to tell you about my RPG. If you just want to DL it, the link is at the bottom of the page.
First, a bit of technical info about my RPG. It's made with RPG Maker 2000, and will be using the Italian version of the RPG_RT.exe file with the next chapter on, so that a couple of commands that otherwise wouldn't work, do. The cutscenes are made with a variety of programs, including 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Premiere. The ones in the first chapter, which is the demo I have online, are made entirely with 3D Studio, and are encoded with the Cinepak Radius codec. however, I'm considering switching to DivX 5 for the newer ones, because of better quality and filesize. Well, that's about it for technical stuff. Now, on to the story and gameplay!
NekoChan, the main character of this game, was born to a pair of planeswalkers who were investigating a world which apparently had started rotting from the inside out, without any detectable reason. They were staying with one of the few people who had stayed on the planet even though it was obvious that it's complete destruction was imminent, a citizen of Albor. During one expedition they went on to make sure that the source of the destruction wouldn't be able to go through a planar gateway to damage other worlds, they were apparently killed, because they never came back. After a short time, the person who had been taking care of NekoChan, whose name is unknown, left NekoChan with the only other person still alive that she could find, the King of Albor. She then travelled to the site of the expedition, to see what had happened to NekoChan's parents. She never returned, either. The king was a good father to NekoChan, as he raised her for 15 years, but eventually had to send her on a quest to find the way to travel to another world, because the rot was creeping even into the magically warded Albor, which made it obvious that the end was VERY soon. This is where YOUR adventure begins.
A couple pieces of advice, before you go to download my game: If you have a game controller, disable it before you play. There seems to be a bug in RPG Maker which sometimes makes it act like you're holding up constantly, if you don't. Also, if the game doesn't properly display in full screen mode, press either f4 or alt-enter to change it to windowed.
