BAD BREEDERS AND SCAMMERS!

now I'm ready to post my complaint about a breeder from Louisiana.
His name is Dustin Smith and he runs a kennel called "Classique Kennels". Yes he might be honest with his other customers, yes he probably has allot of customers, but what is highly important to me is that he ripped me off for $1,500.00 .
Money that I sent to him via western union for a dog I bought from him..
He claims that he never picked up the money from western union, but it turned out that he cash it at a western union location in Beaumont, Texas.
I have a copy of the western union cashed transaction with his signature on it!!!! Western union mailed it to me. I called the Beaumont Police department, but they said that there was nothing that they could do in this situation. So I'm out $1,500.00
I told Mr Smith that will send him a copy of the receipt with his signature on it and compare it to his own signature in front of a notary public, but he refused to do it!!!
I have copies of cashed checks from my checking account that I sent to him for another dog that I had bought from him. My bank sends me copies of cashed and cleared checks, his signature is exactly the same on both the western union draft and the check that I sent him. So, plain and simple, I bought two dogs from him and only one I received and one for which he ripped me off on!!!!!!!!!
I know that I have to take this as a loss, because there is no way that I will get that money back, but I want everyone to know that he ripped me off and I can only consider him nothing but a little punk ass thief.
I'm presently in the Military serving my Country in the Middle east. If he is going to get as low as ripping off a Soldier defending his Country, then what does it tell you about this individual?. I don't get much time to use the Internet here in Iraq, but when I get another chance to due so, I will go into further detail on this guy Dustin Smith and how much of a small time crook he is.
All I'm saying is this, watch this clown if your thinking of buying a dog from him.
I don't care what kind of defense he has for rebutting my claim, in fact I don't even care.
I wanted to even go to Louisiana to see him in person when I was on leave, but he didn't go for it "OBVIOUSLY"!!!! My time is up here, but I will write more about this clown on a later note.
