Hello my name is Richard Spilotro i am one member of Outlaw Kennels of Chicago , Illinois.
I wanted to make sure to add this on this site and applaud Diablo Pit Kennels for their action against bad breeders and not holding back any punches.
This is all about a man named Brent Merriman of Dirt Track Kennels and the way he conducts his hobby ( Breeding Dogs ) and how his word means nothing at all.
When I met Brent he was always into beefs with people down talking his dogs but seemed like a real good guy just didn't have the best quality of dogs and seemed to be more worried about having quantity , he was breeding Rottweilers , Jack Russel Terriers and a few other breeds.
After some time I seen him focus on more on Pitbulls and he changed his whole site to Pitbulls.
I contacted him about a game bred female ( Doobie ) to out cross to my more bullier stuff and of course I sent him the pay pal account and when i got her weeks later i found out she could not be bred and till this day Brent has not tried to make it right.
I never made a big issue on it and till this day i have not made a big deal about it. Brent and I become good friends at one point always talking on the phones almost daily and he announced to me that he had a female by the name of Gypsy that was in heat and wanted to use my West side Juan Gotti direct son named " Outlaw's Jesse Jaymes " the litter dropped and supposedly all died but he didn't give me a single dime outta that. Later his female Gabby litter mate to Gypsy came in heat and we used Jesse Jaymes once again.
He promised me a 1st pick and he must of changed his mind cause he sold the picks and expected me to accept that well i didn't and he sent me 400 dollars.
This is where this whole thing gets sticky , Well Brent came down and picked up Treasure and Baby and Meme he got Treasure for the agreement of breeding her to Chaos Blue 8 Baller or any Pure Watchdog male and give us 2 pups in return, York's Baby was supposed to be bred to any Edge or Grey line male with a short solid muzzle and when that happened he owed us 2 pups of her breeding , and Meme was sold for 100 bucks and owed 1st pick off her as well.
Well Brent ask if he could use his scattered bred dog " Rebel " to Meme i said no cause that was not the agreement.
He asked about York's Baby and said he will buy off the pick he owes me so he can do this breeding with his boy Rebel i agreed for it to go down but he must pay me 1,000 for my buyout he agreed and guess what i have not seen one single red penny.
He owed me 2 pups from Treasure off of a watchdog male but he once agreed to buy me out and i had to send Tyler Hood over to him to get my 2 pups he owed me , without Tyler i would of got burnt of that as well. He also got a Pure Grey line female from me named Double G he promised to buy her over and over again but never sent a dime , i found out recently he bred her without my permission and refuses to return my dog.
At the moment Brent owes me 1,700 dollars for the two 1st picks owed from Sid Vicious to Meme breeding that he sold and never gave me the chance to own one and also off Baby.
Brent Merriman has been lying to me for some time now and always tells me the money is in the mail. This are a few people that had done deals with Brent and guess the deals didn't fall thru. One is Mike at Dogg Pound pits he promised to buy Sid from Mike and guess what he word is not good enough.
A guy name Shane had his dog get infections by Brent's home wannabee Ear Cropping services. Brent Merriman is a liar and thief. I am open to discuss this anytime . Brent has promised me so much and has lied and maybe this is the only way i can get whats mine and also prevent this from happening again. Brent also said he didnt care what people thought and often bashed many others cause he felt he was god , Sorry Brent but there is only one god .
