History
Hanako, a descendant of the rulers of Atushka, and a distant relative of the Sunin (emperor), was forced to flee Atushka after her father's death. Accompanied by the guard Chikara-Ishi, she journeyed to a fishihng port, and from there stowed away on the merchant ship, Crescent Moon. She was not detected until days later, and was thought to be nothing more than an adventure-seeking girl. For a while she settled in the land of Khabir, until the ritual suicide of Chikara-Ishi, at which time she returned to Atushka. There, she managed to work her way into a position of authority, until her enemies eventually found out and destroyed her.
