History
Dibi was working as a receptionist at a movie studio when she was invited to a masquerade party. She attended while costumed as a 'jungle heroine', and soon drew the attention of some other guests. When one of them suggested acting out the roles of the characters they came dressed as, she went along with it - until she discovered that some of the guests claimed to be aliens who knew a world where she might truly live the role.

She immediately dismissed this as nothing more than a sexual come-on, and turned the offer down. But then she was rendered unconscious and, somehow, transported to the middle of a jungle on some distant world. With no idea of how to get home, she was forced to adapt to life under the most primal of conditions, even taking the name Gauri (Hindu for 'shining' or 'golden')
