West Kai	Race: Kai Eyes: Black Hair: None Skin: Purple, Black Abilities: None Appears in: DBZ The Kai from the West end of the galaxy always has something to prove. His best student, Pikkon, is almost as powerful as Son Goku himself. He constantly boasts that his warriors are the best in the galaxy, but is proved wrong (though just barely) in the Anoyoichi Budoukai.
Dr. Wheelo	Race: Human Eyes: Unknown Hair: Unknown Skin: Unknown Abilities: Bukujutsu, Mind Control Appears in: DBZ Movie #2 Dr. Wheelo is the main villian in the Dragonball Z movie, World's Strongest. He is a genius brain that had been preserved by his loyal assistant. He planned to get himself transfered into the strongest body in the world, which he thought was that of Master Roshi, but in fifty years, Goku became the strongest. He held Goku captive, hoping to be able to transfer his knowledge into Goku's body. Dr. Wheelo, in his mech form, is more powerful than the Z fighters combined. He is later destroyed by Goku's Spirit Bomb.
