Changelog :

New: Powerleech check (option) when the upload queue list is > 200 all clients get a fast check (1800/hour)
when your upload queue is getting over 200 you will open more upload slots to do a small upload to all new clients (0 / 0 credits)
each client is then called a possible leecher until he gives you something back (you can download from him)
echt client is only check one time for about 2s = 1800/hour

New: Slotspeed 500-20000 (0.5kb - 20kb)
speed for one upload slot (normal clent has about 3300)

New: Credits system
you are forced to give back 1:1 credits when possible (leecher just get one time about 500k when there are better clients in your queue)

New: Unlimited upload Queue with autodrop of leechers all leechers get a disconnect (not when they want to get a release file)
The queue is now unlimited (every client can connect with you) possible leechers are dropped
with powercheck your queue will stay about 200 (softlimit)

New: Ultimate Release (a release has ultimate priority)
When you want to release a file you can set your share to release then for these files credit test and leech test are disabled (everybody will get that file from you at lightspeed)

New: Fixed dynamic upload (shuld now be perfect)
