Changelog :

This version of the client uses a basic period of 50ms (emule default 100ms). This lower period help to have a better control of the bandwidth.

- The measure of the bandwidth has been rewritten. It should be more accurate and use less CPU time (based Ottavio84).

- The measure of the overhead has been improved. It includes the IP overhead (partially), TCP and UDP overhead, eDonkey overhead + control. It's the reason why the overhead seems bigger than with the original emule v0.25b.

- The graphics in the statistics panel show now the 'Overall-current', 'Current', 'Average-minute' and 'Average-session' rates.

- The control for the upload (and dowload) has been rewritten. It should allow a smoother use of the bandwidth resources and a lower ping.

- The overhead can be compensated by the upload/download datarate. New option in preference.

- For the users of analog modem (e.g. 56k), the bandwitch can be set with an increment of 0.1 [KB/s].

- Some parts of the code have been rewritten to lower the CPU load.

Known bug
--------------

- The 'upload speed limit' must not exceed the real value of the connection. The emule client doesn't care much about the error of the socket (see WSAEWOULDBLOCK).

- The size of the total data transfered is only valid for the LAN. The real value is bigger (or in the worste case, the same).
