Leo is the fifth sign of the zodiac. It is a fixed sign and holds masculine traits. The Sun enters Leo on 22 or 23 July and leaves on 22 or 23 August, depending on the year.

Leos have a warm, radiating nature. They have strong enthusiasm for life, unmatched by other zodiac signs. They like to be in charge and have a greatly dominating personality. Creativity is a key Leo attribute. Leos have tons of energy but need to organise themselves better in order to use it properly.

Leos have exciting careers often in the performing arts or managerial positions. Ambition is top on a Leos priority list and they desire to earn to pay for all the luxuries they enjoy. Leos make good bosses, although they can be too demanding and overbearing.

Leos need to find time to relax as they more than often over do their work. They always have lots of interests to keep them busy. Leos should try and watch their diet as they are often fond of rich foods and likely in large amounts. They are naturally very sociable, although they must watch that their over friendly side does not scare people away.

Leos always have the tendancy to dominate in a relationship and they must learn to control this. Leos seem over confident, although they do not handle criticism well at all. When informing a Leo of something the critical aspects must be constructive so as not to crush their feelings. Leos are very sensual lovers, they loved to be flattered and pampered, but must be warned if they begin to not give back.
