Spells

 

If you have read Cassandra Eason's 'Witchcraft and Magick Spells' then you will know what the Akashic Record or Great Mind is. Cassandra describes it as "the collective memory bank on the spirit plane said to hold the experiences of all people, past, present and future". This way all spells/rituals that have been cast over and over may have greater power as they are already recognised in the spirit world and the powers of past generations have been stored within this bank. That is why, along with writing our own spells, using older spells and rituals should be used.

 

 

All Purpose Wish Spell:

While gazing at the moon, repeat the following:

"Moon, moon, beautiful moon, brighter that any star, Goddess of light and love, Arianrhod if it might be, pray bring fortune unto me".

Witch's Bottle:

Charge the sand with the intent to protect and fill 1/3 of the bottle with the sand.

Charge the oak with the intent to defend against intruders and fill the bottle 1/3 with the splinters.

Fill the rest of the bottle with charged sand and firmly insert the cork.

 

Recite:

Into the sand, may it suck you down

If ever you should intrude on my house

Defend against foes, splinters of wood

But to my friends bring only good.

 

Place the bottle in a corner near the front door.

Spell for a New Path:

Make a yellow paper disk and draw a large black dot in the middle; this is the symbol for the Sun.

Place the candle on the dot and light it.

Write on another piece of yellow paper your first desire/goal, not what others would want you to write!

Fold the paper and burn it in the flame whilst softly chanting: "I am choosing the path that is right for me"

Put the candle in a safe place until it has burned down.

When the wax has set, carve the Sun sign into the wax and place it on a window sill until the Moon has begun to Wane.

Spell to Ease a Broken Heart:

Charge all ingredients first by infusing them with your personal energy.

On a Friday morning or evening, when the moon is either new or waxing and close to being new, take a bath with a small handful of salt in it, in the light of a pink candle.

As you dry off and dress, sip the strawberry tea. Apply makeup or groom yourself to look your best.

Cast a circle around a table with the other ingredients and light the second pink candle.

Mix all oils and herbs in the bowl. While you stir look at yourself in the mirror and say aloud:

"Oh, Great Mother Goddess, enclose me in your loving arms and nurture and bring forth the Goddess within me."

Gaze deeply into the mirror after you have finished mixing the ingredients and say aloud,

"I represent the Great Goddess, Mother of all things. All that is great and loving only belongs to me."

Then put half the mixture in the pink bag and add the penny and crystal. Carry it with you always or until you find another love.

Leave the other half of the potion in the bowl, out in a room where you will smell the fragrance.
