AFGHANISTAN - The Taliban have sent unconfirmed mujahideen units to the northern country to take up tactical positions in an attempt to wage hit and run attacks against both the Northern Alliance and the Americans who have started to a barbaric war.

Taliban forces had earlier left their positions in a purely tactical move, to enable them to re-group into larger numbers and fight a more effective war.

Northern Alliance troops have no occupied Taliban positions, while Taliban forces have infiltrated enemy's lines and are currently building supplies lines and trenches.

It has become clear this the war in Afghanistan has not ended, if anything it has just started. Taliban forces are still currently numbering at over 250,000 troops, while an addition 150,500 troops in Pakistan awaiting the orders by certain Jihaadi leaders.

Law and order has broken down in Northern Alliance held areas, with Northern Alliance troops running a rampage, looting homes and shops, and raping women, within there occupied towns and villages.

Northern Alliance troops ignored US calls to stay clear of Kabul, yet with total disregard the Northern Alliance entered Kabul. Disregarding American orders at this stage surely, makes the question arise at the later stage, as to whether the Northern Alliance will even listen to the Americans at a later stage during this was.

Northern Alliance commanders have been supplied with Russian military hardware and American air cover, while both countries have not yet sent any form of large troop formations into the country.

Let us not forget that the Northern Alliance gains are nothing, as it took the Russian two days to conquer Afghanistan, yet it took them 10 years to leave, resulting the hundreds of thousands of dead Russian troops.

The Taliban have without a doubt mastered the art of warfare, and will surely prove extremely difficult to ignore.
