Finding Serenity started on April 15th, 2006. Nicole gathered up her courage to start a site by herself. She got the name off of two seperate ideas. Serenity came from an old blog she had called serenity unknown. She liked the Serenity, but didn't like the Unknown anymore. So she decided to ditch that. After watching a movie 2 weeks before, which was Finding Neverland, a bit of a drama movie that she actually thought was pretty good (if you hate it, forgive me, i just like those kind of movies). Neverland was too long, and it was like a copyright thingy, so she put Finding and Serenity together and came up with Finding Serenity! =D
