Combined, we have been cooking in restaurants almost 60 years.

In many restaurants we were required to cook recipes that were not our own. But in most we were encouraged to use our talents and knowledge.
It is during this time that "GrandPa's Secret" was developed.
_From the beginning of experimentation to the product being made
available to you today has been almost 25 years.
_We have worked to create a flavor that is like no other and after serving it in restaurants
as a chicken and catfish coating, orders increased 80%, and when served on a buffet
it was very difficult to keep enough cooked to keep up with demand.
