Our seasoning can be added to water, wine, beer, or
fruit juice and be used as a flavorful stake marinade.

Recommended eggwash is two cups milk and two
large eggs. Dip meat in flour mix, then eggwash,
then back in flour, before placing in oil. be sure
so fry at a lower temperature as not to burn coating.
This will lower the yeld of coating mix
