Why Time Bomb??
We called it Time Bomb at the suggestion of the many people over the years
that have enjoyed its unique flavor. From first bite it has a subtle
scrupulous taste that hints at almost no flavor at all, until you swallow.
Then the rich tasty spices wash over your taste buds revealing the fullness
of its delectable sweetness. With each bite the flavor builds to an addictive
banquet for your tongue. Before you know it you will have eaten more
than you intended, and still want more.
Some folks suggested we call it “Belly Buster” because you tend to eat
it till you have to loosen your belt. We now call it Grandpa's because it reminds us of the wounderful food served when we visit back home. We know you will enjoy it as much
as the scores of people that have visited the restaurants we have served it in.
This is a seasoning blend you add to your own
flour. You can also make a batter with the mix
to increase the rich, tasty flavor. Then simply
fry the chicken, pork, or, catfish as always
and serve with your favorite side dishes.
You can also use the mix to make a tasty gravy
for your mashed potatoes to compliment
the flavor of the chicken.
You can also use the seasoning
in a shaker to accent any dish.
