The committee meets monthly, usually on the third
Wednesday, to work out details of club management, fixtures
and to resolve problems. The Annual General Meeting is held
on the first Monday in December to review the year and the
general health of the Club. Voting at the AGM is restricted
to full members (over 18), the club captains and the nominated
parent/guardian for each family with under 18 year old swimmers.
The committee members are elected at the AGM. The current rules
