orcc foundation

All the money raised by Hair 4 Lymphoma will be donated to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre (ORCC) Foundation. This is where Karine is being treated.

As stated on their Website, "the ORCC is an outpatient cancer treatment and research facility serving the needs of over 17,000 patients each year. Services include prevention and early detection, diagnosis and treatment, supportive and palliative care, research and education.

Founded in 1943, the Centre is committed to improving patient care and to finding a cure for cancer through research. It works closely with the area’s teaching and community hospitals as well as other supportive care providers to offer Eastern Ontario the best cancer care available".

The ORCC Foundation was formed in 1995. It provides fundraising support for the crucial services of the ORCC and increases public awareness of the world class facilities and services.

The ORCC Foundation has been informed of Hair 4 Lymphoma's fundraising initiative. The Foundation is very happy with our work and is providing us with encouragement and support.
