This page is dedicated to (and meant to point out) the beautiful boys of anime that just happen to resemble a certain musician/actor. :) Though most of them bear the closest resemblance to Jareth the Goblin King from Labyrinth simply due to the whole spikey hair phenomenon. Hee hee these pics just look alike to me.
Next Is Fiore and Alan from Sailor Moon R tv series and Movie. Alan is similarly calm but Fiore... well not quite as calm.
Also From Sailor Moon Zoisite, now I know s/he doesn't look much like him but it's all in the line "Such a Pity" (as soon as I can find a wav of Zoisite saying that I'm gonna put them both up so you can hear it!!)

Why do you ask? To be truthful I didn't even see it till I passed this by on a FF7 casting page and well that pic of David Bowie popped into my head the second I read it!
Lauchorn from Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture. The largest similarity is the two different colored eyes and the enjoyment they take in mocking and laughing at the main good guy and trying to seduce the main heroine over to the darkside.
Hauer also fits the bill He's just got that attitude and the right accent.
Next Up is Nakago from Fushigi Yuugi, I mean he's got the spikey hair and umm.. yeah...
