Hinds cottage has been converted from an old "black and white" barn and renovated to a particularly high standard. All rooms have superb views of the surrounding hills. The cottage is tastefully decorated with some exposed beams and stone wall features and has fitted carpets throughout.

The cottage has electric night storage heaters. All electricity is included in the cost.

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The kitchen/diner has modern fitted kitchen units, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom includes a full bath suite, W.C., shaver point, airing cupboard and immersion heater.

The large lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, colour television, DVD player and CD/radio.A stone fireplace surrounds the cosy woodburner(logs and fire lighting materials are provided).

All duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, tea-towels and cleaning materials are provided and the owners washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use.

Children are very welcome. Some games and toys are provided in the cottage.

The cottage has a large lawned garden with front terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. It overlooks an attractive wild life pond,orchard and the hills beyond.

The cottage and farm are supplied with our own pure spring water. Ample secure parking is available.

The village of Wigmore with its shop, pubs and garage is two miles away.

We can take one small dog by arrangement.Please note the cottage is non-smoking.
