Horizontal Rules are very simple to create, they're normally used to split a page up so visitors would know where they are on your page, their associated tag is <hr>

How to set an Horizontal Rule Tag:

Align= This allows you to set the alignment of the rule, they can be set to LEFT, RIGHT, or CENTER.

Size= This sets the size or height of the rule.

Width= This sets the width of the rule, you may use exact pixels or percentages of screen.

Color= This sets the color of the rule (only works in Internet Explorer).
