Words can not describe my true feelings for this film. But I shall try to do it, this film...by far is one of THE WORST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN! It doesn't even deserve the half skull! I knew very little about this man, and the only thing I have learned from this film, is that

(A) Dahmer was a gay man

(B) He used date rape drugs...

THAT'S IT!!! THAT'S ALL I LEARNED ABOUT ONE OF THE MOST TALKED ABOUT SERIAL KILLERS OF OUR TIME!!! I am sorry, but this film was horrid. Here is the story I think...

Ok, Dahmer is a lonely man who works at a chocolate factory by day, and stalks men at night. He lures them back to his apartment where he crushes pills into a drink and gets the guy all drugged up. Only to take nude pictures of them and then kill them...that's your basic storyline for this. He meets a black man (also gay) named Rodney who turns Dahmer's world around, he makes it so Dahmer doesn't want to kill him and runs away. Then the film ends with Dahmer (in a flashback mind you) walking away from an A. A. meeting through the woods. SOUNDS GREAT HUH!?!?

Here's my question... HOW THE FUCK DID THEY CATCH THE BASTARD!?!?!?!? WHY DID HE DO IT??? WHAT MADE HIM GO CRAZY???? WHAT THE FUCK WAS UP WITH THE CROW IN THE BOX??? WHY DID THE FLASHBACKS CONFUSE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU??? WHY DID HE LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME IN BOTH??? WHY DID THIS FILM FEEL LIKE A GAY PORN??? BECAUSE THIS DIRECTOR IS A PERVERTED ASSHOLE! I HAVE TO TAKE A FUCKING SHOWER NOW TO CLEAN OFF THE GAYNESS OF THIS MOVIE!!!

The director DID however treat us with some nice visuals, and camera angles. And the actor playing Dahmer was good but he had shit to work with. There is a movie out there called "Ed Gein" which is about the Wisconsin serial killer that inspired Robert Bloch to write PSYCHO, it also was the inspiration behind "Leather face" from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hannibal "the cannibal" Lector, and Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs. That film was actually good for it gave you the story of "Ed Gein" and it left all loose ends tied up.

This film was about nothing, it wasn't disturbing, I still have no fucking clue upon how BAD this man really was, and I have waste 102 minutes of my life!!! WHY GOD WHY!?!? WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS!?

I say, if you need to know about Jeffrey Dahmer, read a book. If you want to know more, read a article on-line. If you are suicidal and just need something to push you over the edge, rent "Dahmer" and it will make you go all the way! B
