Choosing Educational Materials
What is your goal for your family or students? Everything you use in their education will impart a worldview- Which one do you want them to have?
On our website, you will find materials which are based on a Biblical, Christian worldview. Everything here is intended to help you and your students to "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have." and to "do this with gentleness and respect." (see 1 Peter 3:13-17)
We choose science materials which are consistent with creation as recorded in Genesis (6 literal days, etc.) and thus support the inerrancy of Scripture.
We choose literature which encourages Biblical values and builds up the conscience.
For language study we search for materials from publishers who try to include Biblical content and values.
You get the idea! Christ should permeate everthing in our lives, and so all materials we offer are items I do, or would (there is only so much time in a day!) use with my family, given the opportunity. If I am aware that any items might be questionable, I will note them clearly (such as a history book with quotations which include swearing.)
