"Mission to Mars", produced by Touchstone Pictures in 2000, assumes that a team of astronauts from NASA successfully lands on Mars in 2020. After the team fights painstakingly against Mother Nature on Mars, they find a message left by Martians. The message divulges a surprising explanation of the origin of life on Earth. The Martians, according to the message, delivered DNA prototype to the deep sea of Earth to create life in order to revitalize the life that was destroyed on Mars.
  
 
   
Where does life begin? "Mission to Mars" gives a fictious answer to this question. However, it encourages people to get excited about searching for the orignin of life again. Today, many scientists attempt to figure out the answer to this question.
