Greetings friends ~
I am delighted to present a newly-revised collection of extra scenes from the second Lord of the Rings movie, "The Two Towers." Most of these images are now known to be from the much-awaited Extended Version DVD, but note that a small handful of images may instead be from "The Return of the King." Check back for updates - I will post new images as I find them! For explanations or theories of each image, run your cursor over each thumbnail to read commentary.

NOTE: You are more than welcome to download any pictures you like, and save them to your computer for your own website or personal use. To do so, simply open and right-click on the image of your choice and click "Save Picture As." Please do NOT direct-link from your website to any image on this site, as that sucks up my bandwidth, costs me money, and sometimes makes the site go down. Thank you. :-)

Often seen, never explained; will we get a glimpse of Smeagol's past? The moment of truth? Smeagol about to strangle Deagol for possession of The One Ring. There is a rumor this may actually be seen in ROTK. Merry and Pippin - in Treebeard's house. Note small waterfall in rocks, and bowl/plate beside it.
