COPELAND CEMETERY:
Copeland was of course a thriving Goldrush town before it fell away to its current small population. The old cemetery now lies almost forgotten on a hill off the road near Copeland, next to a farm house. Images of the headstones can be found by clicking on the link.

HIDDEN TREASURE MINE:
The Hidden Treasure Mine is just one of many old gold mines throughout the bush surrounding the small township of Copeland. It is now reached by a well-marked bushwalk, beginning near the entrance of the Mountain Maid Gold Mine car park.
