This is what you need to rent:
- Check out the list of available rental homes.
- Make an appointment to see the homes that meet your needs.
- Complete the Rental Application with $40 for a credit check.
- Complete and sign the Rental Agreement with first month's
rent.
- Once we have processed the Rental Application and the rent
check has cleared, you have rented the house.
- In order to move in you must pay the security deposit with
cash, money order, bank check, or cashiers check.
- When you move in you will get an inspection check list.

| Refer a Friend |
Here is how to get a
bonus for referring a friend:
- Tell a friend about an available home
- Have them mention your name on the application
- Once they have rented one of our properties you receive a $50 thank you gift

| Rent Payments |

| Moving out |
- Remove all your personal property and clean the home
- Leave all keys and remote controls
- Provide a forwarding address
- There will be a move out inspection
- The deposit, less any deductions, will be sent by 30 days after you leave the home
