Here is the communication and command nerve center of the fleet. Everything is communicated through this office and from here to the King. The actual building is a broad four-story building of red brick and white washed trim. It's tall red tile roof has earned it the nick name "Fire Top". Being called to the Fire Top is universally feared among the officers for it usually means something bad.

Inside the lacquered wood floors shine like glass and the halls are bedecked with all manner of portraits, models, drawing and equipment. Two honored offices are preserved as they were left. That is the dreaded office one, Caine's old office and the round office of Gerard. The doors are left open and every new class can file through and stare from behind the red ropes.

There are too many features to the "Fire top" to list them all but here are a few. The great hall and the Commanders Hall, there is the most incredible collection of shadow maps in the Chart room, the lookouts tower, Command square and the captains memorial.

This is also home to the Grand Admiral of the Fleet. They are provided with their own fourth floor living quarters complete with balcony overlooking the mouth of the bay.
