Barterway is nothing more then an enormous junk store. Ran by Saeid Najafi and his wife Ranza they have created a veritable barter Empire. They now lease lots in their courtyard to other merchants and have opened a bed and breakfast for travelers as well. Here everything under the sun can be found though it may not be the best of shape or even authentic for that matter but it is here. "Psst you want a Jewell of Judgment I got a couple right here."

            Always in trouble for trading in something illegal Saeid is a bit of a folk hero in the Cliff district. Some call him the mayor of the Cliffs. He holds council in his spacious home overlooking the cliffs every morning bringing together those that have problems. He puts forth an honest effort to peacefully resolve conflicts in the cliffs that could damage its business.

            Some believe him to be a mastermind behind anything dubious that goes on in the cliff district. Nothing has ever been proven and he has always spoke out against crimes of any kind. Except when he has been charged with a crime
