  Completed immediately before the 100 year anniversary, the Dance Hall of Blattgold was truly a sight to be seen. The hall is completely composed of wood covered in tasteful gold relief, providing a hall with incredible acoustics and a deep resonance. When the music begins, one cannot help but let the music lead you to the dance floor. A large second story promenade allows for onlookers to laugh those who are less than graceful, and secretly admire those who glide across the floor with abandon. While there is music playing there on all evenings but Sunday, the hall is very careful to ensure that it does not compete with the Archorea Theater or the Grand Opera. While it does cater to a different clientele, it does not wish to cause the ire of those who sponsor the arts, for even at the best of times, money is scarce and hard won. With the advent of the Post of the Master of Revels, and with the Hall now under his control, the dance hall has begun to experience a new renaisance. But there are frequent clashes between the Master of Revels and the current conductor of the standing orchestra, and rumors constantly swirl as to whether the conductor, Betrand Paine, will be forced to retire. If he goes, the orchestra just might go with him.
