Originally Ambers first city hall and for a brief time the home of Working while the castle was originally being constructed. After the Shawan incident the foreign ministry seemed to enjoy a time of great influence and increasing budgets. Recently there has been some problems with the structure of the Ministry for it is getting old and has not enjoyed a major rebuilding in way too many years.

The foreign ministry sports one of the largest public halls in Amber and many times when the castle is too busy it is the foreign ministry that plays host to special events.
