This is the center of Amber's burgeoning horse racing phenomena. Every day there are races with larger ones every seventh day and once a month there is a high turn out event race that draws from all over the GC. 

It is located in a mild depression allowing spectators to view the race from green terraced hillsides. The track is notoriously fast and at 4 K long. The inside green is reserved for the upper social class. Here during the event races is almost a carnival like atmosphere.

A coalition of Royal Families and very wealthy merchants own the track but it is currently managed by the nervous and twitchy Hulland Sandernel. Hulland Sandernel who lacks in social graces what he makes up for in operational genius. lining up the best races on all of the Golden Court, managing the betting and creating spectacular come effortlessly for him. Talking to people or looking you right in the eye is hard.

             The Greenway is also the center to a new and hideous evil that has finally come to Amber. TRAFIC JAMS. That's right, before and after races the streets over flow to the point that nothing moves. It is worse in the rains when the dirt roads of the Cliff district turn to mud.
