Though not complete at this time it is already functioning. When completed ten years or so in the future this will be the undisputed champion of large structures in Amber. With four enormous towers it will be 50% larger then the cathedral of the Unicorn.  It will also be the largest occupied structured when done as well.

The mission of this library is nothing short then to catalog all knowledge from all the worlds of the GC, Also to record out shadow information as well. It is already larger then any library on Earth it is forced to make due with simple tech in order to track all the information that is coming in.

The Librarians often teach at the University of Amber and the library is a key adjunct to the University in that no education can be complete without constant trip to the library. It is unclear who is in charge of the library so far the master of library has been autonomous and dedicated to furthering the Library.

Rumors speak of Catacombs the stretch out bellow the Library loaded with books and artifacts from around the GC.
