This inegmatic tower of dreams was build by the special request of Dworkin in one of his last lucid states after PFW. This tower became his home and he was not one to invite in guests. Offering a great view of the coast it has no other properties other then it is very difficult to get into it when it is locked.

            The tower of dreams was claimed by Merlin who has become a perminant resident and like Dworking before him he is not a good host.
