This society was founded by Dante Mnorrom in the struggle to clean up the New Port harbor district he felt that the presence of a well-tended and beautiful structure would help to reform a rater seedy area of town, and it did along with the increased presence of the constabulary. The building itself is a large floating house off of the main access to the docks it is more of a lounge and social club than it is an actual chart house, although they do have a library dedicated to charts of the immediate areas surrounding Amber. This area is where a good many of the nobility keep their personal boats/yachts. Nothing with guns is allowed overnight berth. This group is in charge of submitting the purposed sail-sport racecourses to the harbormaster. They are also responsible for recording all of the entrants and officiating of results.
