This region is dominated by wide flat areas and lacks any manner of visual beauty or interesting features. It makes up for this lack by being the best farmlands in the regions of Amber. Here all types of low crops feed the growing true city. Along the base of Kolvir aggregate and stone is mined for construction. This is truly an agrarian region dominated by many small hamlets and a few places that could be called a town.  There is no real seat of power other then the Royal Estate of Petheria.

The Royal house of Petheria invests heavily in canals, roads and fords to keep all product flowing. They were giving lordship over this district by Oberon himself and take it's management as a point of honor. There taxes are light and they are the best liked of all the Noble Houses. Petheria does all it can to insure that everything keeps flowing towards the one true city.
