Personal Description: If Martin has a strong supporter in the Noble Houses it is Usla Petheria. This suave sophisticated charmer uses her amazing social graces to get what she wants. Never rude and an amazing and gracious host. Her events are the best attended in all of Amber. She is also generally considered the unofficial spokesman of the Nobles houses.
Cooperation and deals is how she has made her way in Amber. Despite being married into the Noble Family from Gilshan she has proven to be Petherias most successful advocate ever. Known for her neutral and unbiased wisdom she is sought out by other Noble houses to resolve ongoing issues in a fair and impartial way.
She is a shameless flirt but she has made it clear that she is not interested in any one man in an ongoing way. To many commoners she is the typical Noble who has had the everything handed to her and could never make it in the real world. To the Nobles she is seen as the best of what their class represents.
With her wedding to Luke Mnorrum in session 5 she has given up one position of power in house Petheria and has taken up at her husbands side.
