Personal Description:  A veteran of a long career in the Army of Amber  Givin Risto was thrust into his position by virtue of being the most respected on his generation when the collapse of house Risto took place. Givin Risto has struggled to return house Risto to it's greatness but has made many mistakes. If it was not for his popularity as Ambers foremost Warrior Poet he would have undoubtedly been replaced long ago.

Of all the leaders of the Nobles he is the least impressed with his position. He is well loved by the commoners and enjoys great popularity with the Army of Amber do to his writings about campaigns and service.

Given Risto is a strong supported of the Garden District where he is seen as a saint for all he has donated and time he has spent there.
