Once upon a time, there was a young man named Rocky. According to what we've all seen, Rocky and his two best friends fought against Angel Grove's martial arts team, and won. Being from Stone Canyon, they transfered to Angel Grove. Once they had, they met six ordinary-seeming teenagers: Tommy, Kimberly, Billy, Trini, Jason, and Zack. Soon after, Trini, Zack, and Jason were called to a peace conference in Switzerland. They went, but not before passing their powers onto Rocky, Adam, and Aisha. For you see, a little while back, the three had rescued a runaway baby carriage and were captured by Goldar. Zordon had sent the White, Blue, and Pink Rangers to save them. They did, but the Blue Ranger had to remove his helmet in order to breathe, revealing the identity of the Power Rangers to the three friends. They discovered that they were the six teenagers they had met earlier. And so, they had sworn to never reveal the identities to anyone, making them perfect canidates to take the place of Zack, Trini, and Jason.
Rocky served as the Red Ranger and the Ape Ninja Ranger until the powers were destroyed. Then he became the Blue Zeo Ranger, but did not serve with his friend Aisha, for she stayed in Africa to help the animals of the land. In the show, he didn't seem to mind, but we know that in his heart he missed her dearly.
When the Zeo Rangers became the Turbo Rangers to rescue some old friends and save the world, Rocky did not become the Blue Turbo Ranger because he had broken his back while practing for a martial arts competition to save a shelter in Angel Grove. Instead, a eleven year old named Justin Stewart became the Blue Turbo Ranger, bringing an end to Rocky's Power Ranger career and our knowledge of his life.
