Imp15.zip is the Interactive Mapping Program developed for the USGS. It's a DOS program but runs in a DOS window under Windows.

If you need to do frequent historical earthquake searches and don't want to be calling NEIC all the time, I have the solution.
I've downloaded a 100 year database from the NEIC PDE files covering the years 1900 thru 1999 and written a program to search them, very similar to the one NEIC uses.
The whole thing comes on 8 floppies. It's a DOS program but runs in a DOS window under Windows. The output file is compatible with IMP.
