Thank you for your interest in joining us as an Ultimate RuneQuest Gamemaster and establishing your own realm on our site. We are excited about those who share our vision of immortalizing the great game of RuneQuest and wish to do something about it by sharing their creations and developments with the roleplaying community. However, in order to become an Ultimate Gamemaster, you must meet certain criteria which we feel is necessary. We hope to be able to include all who wish to join us. Please carefully review our criteria below to see if you meet the established requirements.

Requirements:
  • Must share a passion for playing RuneQuest.
  • Must have experience being a gamemaster.
  • Promote the Ultimate RuneQuest Gamemaster site (www.runequestrealms.com) through link exchanges, banner exchanges, word of mouth, and other legal methods.
  • Display the RURG logo on your main page.
  • Provide links to all other Ultimate Gamemaster's Realms.
  • All material posted in your realm must be free of illegal, slanderous, or pornographic material of any kind.
  • All of the pages you wish to post must be e-mailed to the webmaster and he will upload the pages to the site.
  • Your realm link may not be password protected.
  • Your realm may not generate revenue for yourself or anyone else.
  • You may not post anything that you do not have permission to post from Chaosium Inc.
  • The requirements and benefits may be adapted or changed, without notice, affecting existing and future Ultimate Gamemasters, when the webmaster feels the need arises.

Benefits:

  • It is free to post your realm if you design it yourself. No fee will ever be necessary to become an Ultimate Gamemaster and post your pages to the internet, unless you have us design and build your realm for you. If you decide that you would prefer us to design and build your realm for you, you will then be subject to our paying website design services, although you will receive a discount for being an Ultimate Gamemaster. The webmaster and his associates will decide what your discount will be when you agree to have your website built.
  • There is no foreseeable limit on the amount of webspace you may use for your realm. (Note: There is a maximum of 200 MB of webspace with only 20MB currently taken. You may use what space is available, though space may run out in the future. The webmaster reserves the right to deny webspace for the benefit of the site's resource, feature, design service, link, and other sections as needed.)
  • Your realm link will appear on the main homepage of the site under the Ultimate RQ Gamemaster section for all to see.
  • Your name with email will be placed under the Contact Us portion of the homepage.
  • You will have the advantage of bringing more traffic to your site, though traffic to your realm is not guaranteed.
  • You will be part of a select group of gamemasters with respect.
  • You will be able to promote the great game of RuneQuest and keep it alive and well in your imagination and the worlds that you create.
