Schwerdt's Travel Advisory System
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs issues travel advisories from time to time so Schwerdtan citzens and passport holders can be aware of any potential danger they may face when travelling abroad. Travel advisories should not be construed as either an indicator of instability nor as a guarantee of safety for any unlisted region or country. The Ministry updates travel advisories on a regular basis. The system consists of the following degrees of advisories:
- Prohibited List—Countries to which Schwerdtan citizens and passport holders may not travel without specific authorisation.
- Warning List—Countries with conditions representing a high probability of danger to Schwerdtan citizens.
- Caution List—Countries with recent or probable conditions indicating a potential degree of danger to Schwerdtan citizens.
- Watch List—Countries with a potential for conditions that may result in some danger to Schwerdtan citizens. Citizens should be wary when travelling to countries on this list as the situation may change with little or no warning.
