PADRE PIO'S PRAYER TO THE IMMACULATE VIRGIN 

My most pure Mother, my soul so poor, all stained with wretchedness and

sin cries out to your maternal heart. In your goodness deign, I beseech

you, to pour out on me at least a little of the grace that flowed into

you with such infinite profusion from the Heart of God....

Have pity on me! May one compassionate look of yours revive me, purify

me and lift me up to God; raising me from the filth of this world that I

may go to him who created me, who regenerated me in holy Baptism, giving

me back my white stole of innocence that original sin had so defiled.

Dear mother, make me love him! Pour into my heart that love that burned

in yours for him. Even though I be clothed in misery, I revere the

mystery of your Immaculate Conception, and I ardently wish that through

it you may purify my heart so that I may love your God and my God.

Cleanse my mind that it may reach up to him and contemplate him and

adore him in spirit and in truth. Purify my body that I, too, may be a

tabernacle for him and be less unworthy of possessing him when he deigns

to come to me in Holy Communion. Amen.

Prayer to Obtain the Glorification of Padre Pio

O Jesus, full of grace and charity, victim for sinners, so impelled by love for us that you willed to die on the cross, I humbly beseech you to glorify in heaven and on earth the Servant of God, Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, who generously participated in your sufferings, who loved you so much and labored so faithfully for the glory of your heavenly Father and for the good of souls.With confidence I beseech you to grant me, through his intercession, the grace of ......... which I ardently desire.

Prayer of Padre Pio after Communion

Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. You know how easily I abandon You.

Stay with me, Lord, because I am weak and I need Your strength, that I may not fall so often.

Stay with me, Lord, for You are my life, and without You, I am without fervor.

Stay with me, Lord, for You are my light, and without You, I am in darkness.

Stay with me, Lord, to show me Your will.

Stay with me, Lord, so that I hear Your voice and follow You.

Stay with me, Lord, for I desire to love You very much, and always be in Your company.

Stay with me, Lord, if You wish me to be faithful to You.

Stay with me, Lord, for as poor as my soul is, I wish it to be a place of consolation for You, a nest of Love.

Stay with me, Jesus, for it is getting late and the day is coming to a close, and life passes, death, judgement, eternity approaches. It is necessary to renew my strength, so that I will not stop along the way and for that, I need You. It is getting late and death approaches. I fear the darkness, the temptations, the dryness, the cross, the sorrows. O how I need You, my Jesus, in this night of exile!

Stay with me tonight, Jesus, in life with all its dangers, I need You.

Let me recognize You as Your disciples did at the breaking of bread, so that the Eucharistic Communion be the light which disperses the darkness, the force which sustains me, the unique joy of my heart.

Stay with me, Lord, because at the hour of my death, I want to remain united to You, if not by Communion, at least by grace and love.

Stay with me, Jesus, I do not ask for divine consolation, because I do not merit it, but, the gift of Your Presence, oh yes, I ask this of You!

Stay with me, Lord, for it is You alone I look for. Your Love, Your Grace, Your Will, Your Heart, Your Spirit, because I love You and ask no other reward but to love You more and more.

With a firm love, I will love You with all my heart while on earth and continue to love You perfectly during all eternity.

And you, Blessed Padre Pio, look down from heaven upon us assembled in this square and upon all gathered in prayer before the Basilica of Saint John Lateran and in San Giovanni Rotondo. Intercede for all those who, in every part of the world, are spiritually united with this event and raise their prayers to you. Come to the help of everyone; give peace and consolation to every heart. Amen!

Prayer for Healing to Padre Pio

 Blessed Padre Pio, you were a humble and faithful servant of God who always did everything to honor and glorify Him. When you were living here on earth thousands of persons were miraculously healed through your powerful prayers. Now that you are in heaven before the Throne of Grace your prayers are much more powerful. While you were on earth you always did what Jesus asked of you. Now that you are in heaven I know that Jesus will do whatever you ask of Him. Blessed Padre Pio, I humbly beseech you through your merits and intercession to obtain a healing for His Holiness, Pope John Paul II. I trust in your powerful intercession before the Throne of Grace and I thank you. Amen
