The final council member, Karchan has done a lot for the >Recap guild. The icing on the cake was the creation of the Gaia Guild, and therefore is considered as the Other Guild Leader. Not in a bad way. Otherwise that would be in quotes.

Unlike Nelson, Dark is yet to run into problems with Karchan, and has known her before she joined the regular >Recap guild because of their websites. Karchan loves to RP, which is no problem to Kuro, and can also make screensavers and other snazzy computer stuff. Soukatsu loves Karchan :D!
