Thank you for downloading RiverImage!
1. Using the Browse button, or Open from the file menu, select your .bmp or .jpg
2. Click the Resize button or Resize from the Options menu, to view the resized image in the dialog!
3. To save that image as a new .bmp(sorry you can only resave as .bmp for now) click the Save As button, or use Save As from the File menu.
Type in your new image name(Ex. myimage.bmp) or overwrite an old one.
That's it!
