Maximum Rock & Roll June 2004 issue said The BURP UPS are sometimes really surf oriented in a party band kind of way, and sometimes the pop is straight forward. Theres always some surprise venom though, coming from the Angry Samoans school of humor. The vocals sound like a mean Lance Hahn not singing about romance. Comes with a puke bag from Korea Are, but I didn’t need it.

WE STILL GOT COPIES of the comp "Future Pop Stars" from Aberration Records. The music on this comp rocks really hard & has a wide sample of cool unsigned bands including CHACHI ON ACID (my personal favorites...)
