GETTING THE DIGITS
All the clubs I go to or the frat parties I work all have one thing in common. We all get ready to try and look our best. For me and many other guys that means shaving, in my case that includes my head. We wear our chains, earrings and Eternity or Contradiction. Women on the other hand slip on their sexy outfits and apply makeup. In any case we go out to have fun. Guys we know are always looking to have fun and of course to hook up. Women are looking for the same thing. So here is where I get confused. With all these lovely young ladies got to find someone to talk to, dance with and get to know. Sometimes they might even be out to hook up but for the most part women who are worth talking to are not into watching guys fight. He looked at me wrong, stepped on my foot, his eye landed on my woman for one-second. Come on guys that macho bullshit just gets people hurt. So guys cut down on those drinks if you can't drink and just have a good time. Think about the women who are around you and what you came to do.  You went out to have fun, to have a few drinks and drop your lines. Don't worry about who is looking at you, Don't worry about someone accidentally stepping on your shoes. It's just a look and they are just shoes. Take a towel and clean your shoes and go on about you night. I bet you the women will notice you more if you’re not bloody, your clothes not ripped and someone and his homies are waiting for you to leave the party. Fights nowadays don't just go away, someone always get hurt, sometimes someone will die and a look or an accident is not worth giving up the rest of your life.  I use to be more into fighting but I am lucky, I have someone special and I have to think about her happiness not just my own. So I am more grounded, I don't care who looks at me. I just go on about my life; I try to make my money so I can take care of the love of my life, my son. So guys take a tip for me and just have fun.

Gentlemen?

As a man I know what it is like to go to clubs and parties looking for woman to talk to and spend time with. I have to admit at times being less than a gentleman and it’s sad. Guys when you go out to have fun and you are at a club remember one thing, manners. Walking up behind a woman and grabbing her ass or telling her some cheesy pick up line will not automatically make her swoon and fall into your arms. I know that short skirt showing long legs and that tight pair of jeans will lead to idea in your mind but just because her shirt plunges into her cleavage and you would like to take her home doesn’t mean she is just going to hand you her body on a silver platter. In a perfect world woman could wear anything they, hell they could wear nothing but this world isn’t perfect. We as men have forgotten that women aren’t something to be scored on. There is more to woman then long legs and big breasts. Take the time to look into her eyes, tell her how beautiful she is. Men and woman were made for each other it’s just that the males of this world have trouble acting like men. Think with your head and not with your dick, have respect just like you would have men respect the women in your life. In short guys be a man! Don’t worry about some macho image that your friends want you to have worry about being a man your mom can be proud of. Open doors, pull out chairs and for God’s sake stand up and offer your seat to any woman whom you see standing. It’s not hard to stand idle while women sit in comfort it’s all a part of growing up, maturing. Believe me it has nothing to do with age, being old doesn’t make you a man, being a good person with manners and respect that makes you a man and that’s why there are so many males and boys out there but so few men.
